As a Project Manager, this role will be responsible for project management and is responsible for various customer service and reconstruction activities. MUST HAVE RESTORATION/CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE Superior Requirements and Expectations Project Management and Scheduling experience is required Exceptional budget management experience with strong attention to detail Must have construction experience Minimum 3-5 years in the Restoration field Must know how to use XACTIMATE and write estimates Must have an established list of subcontractors High level of customer service and great communication skills Ability to adapt and be a strategic thinker Must have a valid driver license with a good driving record ADJUSTER RELATIONSHIPS ARE A BONUS AND GET YOU A BONUS!!!
