HIRING: Reliable Handy Person for Ongoing Home Work

I’ve been fortunate to work with my handy brother for the past year to remodel our home while he was unemployed, but he just got a full time job, so I’m now looking for a reliable, easy to work with person to hire for 20-40 hrs per week for the foreseeable future. (At the very least through the summer, so this could be a great job for someone home during college break.) Need someone who is reliable (shows up on time), self-motivated and a fast learner. I prefer someone who is slow and thorough versus fast and careless. I will be managing them directly and working alongside in a limited capacity. Here is a sample of the work needed: - refinish garage by adding insulation and drywall - chip & repaint exterior window trim - clear undergrowth in woods using chain saw + trimmers - remodel basement bathroom (not including plumbing or electric) - construct simple outdoor shed for goats - runs to williams lumber for supplies - dig hole & cement new mailbox - exterior painting & staining - paint & patch interior wall Please reply back with your availability, relevant experience, and any referrals.
