Community in Mahwah, NJ in Bergen County seeking a property maintenance / handyman person with experience duties will include: Inspections of buildings Changing light bulbs with ladders Some painting and power washing Fixing loose shingles on roof or siding Dumpster area maintenance - keeping areas clean Cleaning gutters and leaders Weekly clubhouse cleaning Some heavy lifting will be required other light maintenance work (masonry, electrical, sheetrock, etc.) when requested or needed person will need to be organized, and provide property manager with written reports and work orders MUST have CELL PHONE, CAR, and live in close proximity to Mahwah, NJ hours: Monday-Friday (10:00am - 2:00pm) 5 days a week - 4 hours a day + extra hours to complete work orders for extra money please reply with email address and phone number, and work and education history paid twice a month
