Helpers / Installers for Cabinetry Projects

We're looking for a few people we can call on as helpers for installations, mainly cabinetry projects. Pay is $15 per hour, flexible to your schedule with my deadlines in mind. I need a few hours from someone reliable to help unbox and organize parts, move things around, follow directions and help keep job sites clean. Preference to someone with carpentry skills, because I'm very meticulous and life moves fast. I can commit to a minimum of 4 hours per week, some weeks I may need a few complete days. The other installer I work with needs the same. Jobs are located all over the area within 30 miles, I can make ride arrangements only for those local to Downtown within a few miles or give a small gas stipend over 20 miles. Would like a list of two or three people to call as needed, generally scheduled in advance. The first no-call, no-show is the last. I also work with signs & graphics, theater props, trimwork, decorative millwork and custom displays. You will need to first pass a background check that we'll pay for, because I work with national retailers and public institutions. After a set number of hours, you'll submit a W-9, I can help with related questions. If it works out that an as-needed temp helper becomes more permanent, this can become W-2 with deductions and withholding. Respond with your experience and a phone number.
