Looking to hire an honest, dependable irrigation repair person for commercial properties I maintain. Must know how to troubleshoot and make necessary repairs. I'm not looking for an employee. I need a person that has his own truck and tools including a valve locator. Not looking for someone that can be there next week when I call you. Looking for someone that can troubleshoot and repair within 2 days of evaluation. Please read carefully! I'm looking for a subcontractor not an employee. NOT looking for someone that can only work nights and weekends. This is not residential work. Commercial only. I do have residential work but only if you can keep up with my commercial accounts. Residential is a bonus! I turn down 5-10 residential jobs a week. This is an opportunity for you to make several thousand dollars a week. All of Orlando and surrounding areas.
