To complement the waffles, we have whiskey-infused maple syrup and maple bourbon bacon. Each plate also comes with a pour of our Two George’s High Corn Bourbon or Great Glen Highland Blended Malt Whiskey. Both whiskeys are approachably smooth with complex undertones  - ideal brunch whiskeys! (Kid plates have non-whiskey infused maple syrup and bacon.) Along with the bacon, sides include sausage, breakfast potatoes, and fruit. Mimosas and orange juice are available. You’ll dine in a comfortably distant but still intimate setting. Dine-in is inside seating only. If current guidelines permit, we may seat two couples, registered separately, together at one table for four. We request that you be fully vaccinated and we will ask your permission to be seated with another couple. We’ve taken extra precautions to help keep everyone safe and healthy.
