This is how Yoga Nidra works... going to the root and healing you at your core and letting that work it's way outwardly into the rest of you & your life. 2nd Session in the series, HEALTH & WEALTH: This class is part of the subconscious & unconscious HEALTH & WEALTH series.These sessions do build off each other, but you are not required to take any of the session in order to attend.In this session, we will take a deep dive into the subconscious mind where take an up close unconscious look at GOING WITH YOUR GUT. Here I will work with you, to help you understand the correlation between what you eat and how you feel and think. The ability to live an abundant life is in alignment to how we view ourselves... culturally, personally, expectations and pressures... but we may be clouded by the food we ingest. I will teach you a fasting technique and answer questions in regards to fasting based off my studies in India and my experiences. We'll uncover where you're stuck, gauge your abundance, create a sankalpa to unravel "your" theory of "less". You'll receive handout(s) to keep you in the flow with this series. Receive a simple mantra to use in moments of "hunger"...
