Kids feel the stress of this pandemic too, and learning a few calming tools from yoga and mindfulness can be very supportive as the world begins to re-open. The yoga instructors of Cedar Counseling and Wellness will begin by guiding kids through fun poses and movements to facilitate mind and body connection. This will be followed by learning a few engaging mindfulness techniques and grounding practices that children can turn to at any time in their future lives. The class will be held in our main room, and parents are encouraged to stay throughout the duration of the practice.
