Hollywood Beach Garage is looking for a hard working individual to join our maintenance staff on a full time basis! This position is outdoors and 40 hours per week.
Hollywood Beach Garage is a parking company that consists of: a 6 story parking garage, as well as 7+ open air surface lots right next to Hollywood Beach/Broadwalk. Our property also has a small field and many trees/bushes that need tended to daily.
Applicants should be: fluent in English and Spanish, professional, hard-working, and in good physical shape. This job is 100% outdoors. Fluency in Spanish is required.
Maintenance duties include, but are not limited to: cleaning in and around our property (which consists of a 7 story parking garage and more than 4 surface lots—it gets dirty quick!), painting, mowing lawn, weed-whacking, troubleshooting equipment, ensuring property is clean and safe, etc.
The full time maintenance schedule we are currently looking to fill is: Wed (8a-4p), Thur (8a-4p), Fri (8a-4p), Sat (8a-4p), Sun (8a-4p). If you are unable to work the above days and hours, please do not apply.
