Ladybug needs a home

Lady bug is a 10 week old corgi hound mix. She is extremely sweet gets along well with children and other dogs. Ladybug is not potty trained and has not had shots. She was rescued from a poor situation. Feed well to put weight on. She has a possible disability do to an inch long slitt in her toung. We guess that she's had it since birth. It doesn't seem to effect her eating but we are sure to give her water from a water bottle from time yo time to be sure she is drinking. Asking a rehoming fee and a promise that this little girl won't bounce anymore homes.
