Looking for dependable committed independent contactor to to clean a multi-tenant office building in west Billings. Requires someone able to make a daily commitment year round. Longtime current janitor retiring and will train. He puts in 2 hours nightly M-Thu plus a 6 hour shift anytime over the week-end. Pays $800/month on an independent contractor basis.
