This Workshop Series is designed to help you connect with your true self! Are you feeling stuck? Not sure what to do next? This workshop series is designed to help you clear whats in the way and find your true purpose! In this session we will learn some simple tools on how to build a strong inner compass so we can respond to life from our higher guidance, and not be pushed and pulled by the outside world. A good internal guidance system is critical for any Love Warrior on her spiritual journey of self discovery. Without this, you will be going round and round on circuitous loops, not knowing which end is up. Developing receptivity is one key part of this. Receptivity is the act of shifting our focus from our heads down to our hearts. It means getting quiet and listening to the whispers coming from our higher guidance. Receptivity helps us listen to our heart’s knowing. It helps us get out of our own way to let something greater come forth. Feelings are another key component of our guidance system because feelings are the eyes of the heart. Feeling is Healing. When we allow ourselves to feel what’s really there for us, whether it be anger, sadness, fear, worry, doubt, or even happiness, we can then process it and let it go so it no longer blocks us from moving forward. In this class, we will learn some simple and effective tools to access our feelings and let them go and some brief meditations so that we can practice at home. As someone who has avoided my feelings all my life, this tool has been one of the most important ones for my spiritual growth over the years and I am excited to share it with you! Don’t worry if you have missed any of the past sessions, each one is also self-contained, so you can just attend a single session if you choose. Each session is $10, with email support included.
