Landscaping foreman needed. This individual will have extensive experience in most areas of landscaping. This includes: Landscape maintenance (mulching, trimming, edging) Landscape installs (removing plants, installing plants, understanding proper planting techniques) Landscape lighting Hardscape installation (pavers, walls, steps) Grading Drainage (french drains, drainage tiles) Operating Bobcat, mini skid, excavator, trencher, harley rake We are a smaller company with one landscaping crew that handles all of the above. Currently I'm heading up a great crew of guys, but they are all newer and don't have enough experience to handle most jobs without me. Due to this our sales have suffered as I don't have time to go on quotes. Essentially I need a "head of operations" guy who has the experience to take this on. I could go on all day about how we operate, but I feel that's best discussed in an interview. Looking to hire this individual asap. If you can check most of the boxes but not all, let me know. You must absolutely have a VALID and INSURABLE drivers license. If there is ANYTHING noteworthy about your license, please let me know up front. If all is well and the last thing we find out is that my insurance company rejects you, it's immediate termination. What I offer is a solid workflow, full time 40+ hours. This individual would be considered for a year round position, with option to go salary. Pay will start at $25/hr to start. As for my company... all of my equipment is in excellent/newer condition. We have ALL of the needed tools/equipment to get a job done efficiently. Plenty of newer diesel trucks, flatbed and dump trailers.
