The Compassionate Friends Walk to Remember is a walk with family and friends in memory of a precious child gone too soon. 19TH ANNUAL WALK TO REMEMBER The Columbia City, Indiana Chapter of The Compassionate Friends invite you to The 19th Annual Walk to Remember. The Compassionate Friends Walk to Remember is open to anyone who would like to walk with family and friends in memory of a precious child gone too soon. With your help we can effectively reach bereaved parents, providing them with support through their grief journey. The Walk to Remember is used as a major fundraiser to help support the work of The Compassionate Friends. Please join us for the 19th Annual Walk to Remember Date: October 9, 2021 Location: DeMoney-Grimes Funeral Home, 600 Countryside Drive, Columbia City, IN 46725 Registration & Check-In: 7:30am Walk Begins: 8:00am We will walk the trail from Demoney-Grimes to Morsches Park and around the pond which is 2 miles. While our goal is to walk 2 miles, there are many opportunities to take a break or go a shorter distance. Whether someone walks a couple hundred feet or the full distance is not important. ALL ages and abilities are welcomed and encouraged to walk.
