Electrical work in my home

Looking for a licensed electrician to do a whole bunch of electrical jobs in my home and small barn all at once. Please email me a quote if interested. Feel free to ask clarifying questions or ask for photos etc. The jobs include: -Remove 6 florescent shop lights in the barn. The ceiling is low and exposed. -Install 2 ceiling fans in the barn (where the shop lights were removed) -Install 2 sets of track lights in the barn (where the shop lights were removed) -fix the old smoking fan in the office. We think the electrical is just disconnected. If this is a lost cause, no worries. Worth a shot! -Install overhead heat lamp in the garage. The ceiling is exposed with overhead wiring in place already. But the ceiling is high and the heat lamp is heavy. This is likely a 2 person job. I have a tall ladder you can use. -Install a ceiling fan in the downstairs bedroom. There is currently no light fixture here. There is a light switch that is currently linked to an outlet. We would want the fan connected to that switch instead. -Install a smart doorbell (just the wiring not the actual setup of the wifi connection etc). The bell is just a plug in, so nothing needed there. It is just a matter of getting a power source to the outdoor part. There is a hole and access point from the old doorbell, but will need new wiring put through the wall. -We installed a smart thermostat that is plugged into an outlet. If that could be hard wired in instead, that would be great. Thank you! We are vaccinated and comfortable with you working mask-free if you feel comfortable.
