Looking for an experienced home building and renovation candidate. Please provide your age, location, and have references. Must have experience in running a small crew. Please list related skills. (Framing, decking, finishing carpentry, drywall and mud, painting, bathroom remodeling, flooring, tiling, etc.) Starting at $20 cash per hour. Once proven reliable- advance to $22.50 and then $25 after several successful small jobs.
