General Contractor / Remodeler / Handyman needed We have an extensive condo remodel coming up in the eastside and will require a general contractor/handyman to lead the effort to open up the kitchen wall, demo and install large island and cabinets, bathroom shower tile fixes, install a new toilet, install bath sinks, bath fans, paint, install wall heaters, fix drywall, install doors, and more. There will be enough work for a few weeks. Looking for a Jack of all trades type of person with extensive remodeling and renovations to general repairs maintenance experience. We will pay for all materials required for the job. Will be paid on an hourly basis. This project will in the Bellevue / Seattle area, so you will have to be within a daily commuting distance. Required/preferred qualifications: • Experience with painting, plumbing, electric, framing, installing cabinets, tile, and drywall skills preferred. • 10 plus years of construction/handyman experience • Must have your own tools and truck • Must have a smartphone and access to the internet • Must be responsible and dependable • Commuting distance to Bellevue/Seattle area • Two person team preferred • Licensed, insured, and bonded with registration on LNI website If you are interested, please send us a brief description of your work experience and tell us your strengths.
