Peggy's Porch Party with Pat Byrne + Full Band (ON PEGGY'S PORCH) Peggy's Porch Party, a newly formed Texas 501(c)(3 )nonprofit, with Pat Byrne + Full Band on Saturday, May 22nd from 6-9 p.m. This show was previously scheduled to take place at "Peggy's on The Ledge!" but it's now on Peggy's Porch. Some of you saw Pat's amazing show at Peggy's home in the Fall 2020 with Rich Brotherton & Andrea Magee. We are so fortunate to secure Pat before he leaves on his tour throughout the US. He is really blowing up in the music world and we are so thrilled for his success and the opportunity to share his wonderful music with all of you! What to Bring: Chair, Favorite Beverage, Snacks, Mask (when inside the house for bathroom) PAT BYRNE An Irish singer-songwriter, Pat Byrne has come a long way since his first deal with Universal. In late 2017, Byrne began his migration to Austin, Texas. Immersed in the Texas music scene, Pat penned several new songs and released the "Rituals" LP in October 2018. In 2019, Pat took the US by storm, with breakout performances at the 30A Festival, SXSW, Kerrville Folk Festival and the Americana Festival. “The raspy melodic soul of Byrne’s voice recalls the emotional spells the late Austin troubadour Jimmy LaFave used to cast, though Byrne’s songwriting bears a distinctive Irish stamp.
