The intention of this class is to get the breath, body and mind working together. This creates internal harmony in our systems which is very helpful for all aspects of life. The pace is slow so you can build foundational strength and develop a close relationship with the breath. You can expect to build strength, gain flexibility and discover peace of mind all at the same time! Now that sounds like a great way to spend your time :-D
This class is best for those who have at least some experience with yoga, but if you are healthy and active then you can surely join without any prior experience.
