With that being said we chose this class based off of one of the most requested services were seeing in the salon right now. Corrective color for the clients coming back to the salon who may not have seen for a while, as well as breaking down two cutting techniques that will give you the most modern looks in the most efficent and easy to learn way. We belive its about doing it the right way and not the easy way, and feel like this class will help you gain the knowlege you need to feel confident in any situation behind the chair. What you will learn from Graham and Abigail: Color Corrections: -Lighting dark permanent color/Box color safely. -Correcting bands of old color/highlights. -Color removers and when to use them. -Understanding pricing and how to break it down for your clients. Haircutting: -Graham will be demoing an effortless long textured haircut as well as a classic zero elevation bob with texture. -How to find the perfect length and cut for your clients. -Learn how to keep the cut simple, but give maximum results. -Learn texture, layers, curtian bangs and effortless styling. Sucessful Consultations: -First impressions + creating trust -Client expectations (real and unrealistic) -Setting a plan for your guest + discussing budget Keeping it Social: -How to get the most out of your time a profits each day. -How branding and social media presence can bring in the clients you want. -How to keep your regular clients happy and the true power of referrals.
