Led by the deep pocket drumming of David Lee (Shotgun Sawyer), this music is built upon a matrix of groove. Moody Cat is not a jamband but that doesn't mean they are hesitant to stretch their claws of creativity. They strive to achieve an experimental soul experience around every curve. The new addition of tenor saxophonist Trevor Hollingworth – formerly of Mojo Green – is a high-octane injection propelling the band ahead at a rapid clip. They'll have the dance floor bouncing with tight compositions soaring on the wings of inspired musicianship.
