This is our most popular soccer camp. It is a finishing focused soccer camp for competitive players of all positions. The feeling you get when you see the ball cross the line and crash into the back of the net is one of the best feelings in the world. Our shooting and finishing spring break camp is designed for competitive players looking to build and improve on their shooting and finishing ability. Our camp aims to help all players build the creativity and decision-making skills alongside the technical attributes to be more confident and dangerous in front of goal. WHO: A finishing focused soccer camp for competitive players of all positions WHAT: 2-day Summer Camp WHEN: Thursday June 24 & Friday June 25 - 9am to 11:30am WHERE: The Ranch, 33320 Temecula Pkwy, Temecula CA 92592 AGES: 2004-2013 (Boys and Girls) What you will learnGoal Scoring Theory (Lecture)Recognizing & exploiting keeper weaknessesBall striking (working on shooting with power, curling the ball and chipping the ball: using various surfaces of both feet from various distances and angles)Placement shootingCrossing and finishing – working on delivery and clever movement with finish from inside the boxReceiving to shoot (1v1s pressure in front, behind and to the side)Every repetition counts. Create muscle memory through focused practice with expert analysis and feedback to improve technique. Guaranteed to improve your game, regardless of your position. Midfielders and defenders can score, too! Limited to 48 players. Don't be left out - spaces will fill up quickly. Email: [email protected] PLEASE NOTE Come 15-20 minutes early for camp check-in. Players must bring their own ball.Players must bring their own snacks, stored in their own bag.Players must bring their own water. Enough for the duration of the camp hours.Parents should apply sunscreen before campers arrive to camp in the morning.Though we will have restrooms and hand washing facilities at the soccer fields, players should have their own supply of hand sanitizer stored in their own bag.Players are not required to wear face coverings. Parents to be on the alert for signs of illness in your children and keep them home when they are sick.Camps are overseen by the City SC Directors of Coaching and use professional coaches.
