Who We Are We're an eCommerce shipping company - we work with online sellers and Amazon store owners to get their products to their customers. Our clients vary from small eCommerce brands that need help shipping out their orders to larger brands that need a logistics solution. We're a newer company and we've grown a lot recently. We are very tech-driven, fun to work with, and have tons of room for growth as the company continues to grow. Who We Think Would Work Well We're looking for some hardworking folks to join our growing warehouse team. We’ve built our organization from the ground up through constant trial-and-error, bright ideas from the folks doing the work, and radically candid feedback. Traditional warehouse workers haven't always faired well with us because we're not a traditional warehouse company. What You'll Be Doing We're the magic behind the online shopping experience. Day-to-day tasks can include picking and packing products from our warehouse shelves, or prepping and kitting special projects. We look for people who are eager to help any team within our operations group that might need it most on any given day, be that inbound, outbound, inventory management, returns, or wholesale. For This Job, You Must Have a great attitude about life and work Learn quickly Be physically able to be on your feet most of the day and lift 50lbs Be unafraid to ask questions Have a desire to be a part of a good team and community These Are Nice Not Necessary Service industry experience Traditional retail experience E-commerce experience Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (part-time may vary) Qualifications: • Must be 18 or older, • Must be comfortable using a PC/iPad and learning our software • Must be comfortable being on your feet most of the day • Forklift certified is a plus • Must have reliable transportation. We're currently working out of a warehouse in Wells Branch but we are moving at the end of June to 78721 to a much larger facility. We're looking for people from all walks of life, backgrounds, etc. We pride ourselves on the awesome people we've curated to make this happen.
