Looking to rehome 2 cats

They love each other and need to stay together it’s bad enough I have to rehome them. I don’t want them to lose each other too. They need to be fixed and need their vaccines/ They are 1 yr old and spent most of their lives indoors until recently. I would love for them to go to indoor only homes or at the very least be indoor/outdoors whenever they want. We had a death in the family and I just can’t care for them anymore between that and my declining health I just can’t. They deserve better.
