Stretching and strength with crystal bowls and peaceful music. Allows you to learn and get flexible and strong while in a relaxed and comfortable setting. Please dress comfortable, bring a yoga mat and water. And, if you want, a blanket. Suitable for Beginners, but great class for anyone. Sound healing crystal bowls and reiki music is the backdrop to this very unique class. Led by Grace Will-Craft from California. Grace is advanced in stretching and coaching others. She is an artist, energy healer and Vegan Chef. Grace offers a kind and easy instruction method, allowing you to learn at your pace, but make progress every week.
