Are you an experienced restoration Technician? Do you think you have what it takes to lead a crew from start to finish on restoration jobs? Do you want to join a new company join as a new Restoration Technician Crew Leader? Position is for whom are already experienced and certified in water, fire, mold, and/or biohazard restorations (Water damage certification only is sufficient, we will certify those who qualify with the remaining certificates). Our company is seeking someone who is not afraid of hard work, a Leader to his workers in the field and an understanding professional to our clients. The position requires the knowledge and experience to deal with challenging situations, different from job to job. Primary Responsibilities • Maintain and Keep the work van and its equipment, products, and supplies in clean presentable shape. • Create project plan for each job from initial damage inspection and inventory documentation to room preparation, demo-plan, equipment set-up and follow-up check ups until project is completed • Report to and communicate with field supervisor • Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown. Position Requirements • Good oral communication • Job requires basic math knowledge • Some Experience in construction, Demolition or Carpet cleaning/restoration preferred • High school diploma/GED preferred • IICRC or IRI certifications a plus • Able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly (up to 100 pounds with help) • Able to work on ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (crawls spaces, attics etc.) • Able to stand or walk for most of work day • Able to push/pull/lift/carry objects • Able to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals • Able to successfully pass a background check and drug screening subject to applicable law • Valid Driver's License Starting pay rates are based on experience and commission based for those who qualify. __________________________________________________________________ Work Area - Entire SF bay area (East bay headquarters) TO APPLY: Submit your resume and/or a brief description of work history for review to: [email protected]
