Description
A security solutions integrator located at Union Square area, San Francisco seeks an entry-level Low Voltage Cable Installer.
A typical day of work with us includes assisting senior team members to install EMT metal conduit, drilling holes to install low-voltage cabling, mounting security cameras and wi-fi access points onto the ceilings.
Responsibilities:
- Installation of low voltage Cat 6 cabling for network equipment, installation of metal EMT conduit, drilling holes, mounting EMT conduit or cable raceway, RG6 TV coax cabling and connectors, surveillance camera RG59 siamese cable.
- Assist senior team members with installation of analog and network based surveillance cameras, mounting of cameras, cable, conduit, configuration and fine-tuning of cameras, setting-up camera recording devices. Training is provided.
Requirements:
- Work permit or ability to legally work in US, adequate English communication skills. Valid drivers license with good driving record.
- Must be hands-on and have experience working in construction or maintenance environment

- Ability to lift up to 40lb and work on 8-30ft ladders throughout the day as needed
- Available 5 days per week
- This job is in San Francisco and it's preferred that you're located no farther than 1-1.5 hours commute time each way.
