Come get your sweat on with Liv! This is a full body strength class followed with mobility exercises and stretching.
This low-impact full body class format is designed to improve strength and muscle definition, providing a results-oriented whole body workout. Class will begin with a warm up, move into body weight strength exercises, and then we finish with mobiltiy and stretching.
Class will be outside in front of Bay 13 Brewery, with social distancing. Space is limited so make sure to book your spot. All you need is your own mat and water. Can't wait to see you!
