Just need to let everyone know that a superior court commissioner ripped my daughter out of my care and placed her back with her mother while the mother was being investigated for Felony assaulting the child. I've reported this to the prosecutor office but he didn't think the commissioner broke any laws but did agree that it was an unwise decision and it endangered the child. I requested a change of venue 3 times and it was denied all 3 times. I live in pierce county and the mother lives in King county. They're have been numerous CPS investigators and king county CPS wanted to remove BOTH children from the mother and a judge in King county would not sign the order so king county CPS requested a detective be assigned to the case from the Seattle police department but it doesn't meet the threshold of a felony yet so they can't assign a detective. My daughter is in a chronicly abusive neglectful home with a parent that has mental health issues. My daughter is being left alone with her younger sister locked in the apartment and the neighbors have called CPS several times and it is written as moderately high and high in the CPS records. My daughter is at risk of losing her hearing because the mother refuses to get the child medical treatment. Has anyone else had trouble in the superior court in Kitsap county? I know the case on 9-24-2019 for a child support modification got wrote by the same commissioner as my case and the mothers attorney stated on the record in court: We didn't disclose the mother income on the child support worksheet because we didn't know we had too! That's falsifying a financial record filed with the state and the commissioner still found in the mothers favor. If you have been railroaded by the commissioner in Kitsap county superior court let's get together and let the state know of this and get the commissioner removed from the bench. He has no business being on the bench He's biased, he's endangering minor children and the administration is well aware and so is the prosecutor office but no one wants to do anything how many more minor children have to die and the state just writes checks: 127 million 98 million 53 million So how many people have to know about this behavior of the courts before the courts and the commissioner and judges are held liable for not protecting minor children and vulnerable adults.
