Technical duties require keen attention to detail. Exterior Cleaning Technician uses soft and pressure washing equipment to clean the exterior of homes and driveways. Wood restoration requires stripping, sanding and staining wood. Natural Stone and Paver restoration requires removing sand, re-introducing sand, and sealing. The afore-mentioned are the hands on tasks you will execute and let me tell you, it is incredibly satisfying. The soft skills you will learn are public speaking, interaction with valued clients and, learning how to interpersonally develop yourself on a daily basis. This is a job, yes. But you will get much more out of it than just earning a decent wage. Our passion is not just providing the absolute perfect customer experience. It's developing and molding our team members to live productive and fruitful lives. As the employee develops and meets training goals, the opportunity to work alone, in their own vehicle, will be provided. Veterans preferred but not mandatory for application.
