Job Description: The candidate must be able to work under limited supervision to assist the Property Services Department with all maintenance-related issues and property inspections. Have experience with domestic home repairs. * Troubleshoot minor maintenance issues for residential and commercial properties. * Perform preventive building maintenance issues. * Perform minor plumbing and electrical duties, such as replacing toilet flappers, handles, unclogging and or replacing garbage disposals, replace ceiling fans, install new light fixtures, replace ballast, etc. * Light painting on interior and exterior surfaces. * Perform inspections on annual and vacation rentals. * Deliver linens to property as needed. * Light Cleaning. * Must be able to be on a 7-day rotating on-call basis as needed. Physical Abilities: Must be able to communicate effectively with tenants, homeowners, guests, and Team Members. Must have a cleaning driving record and background check.
