Remove Lawn

We have a grass area that is about 40 ft x 60ft. We'd like the grass to be removed down to the dirt. We are going to do a new layout, and the first step is to have the grass removed. We are going to put new sod down afterwards, so we need to make sure the roots are removed too. I don't have the machine for this, so I'm looking at hiring a team to do it in one day.
