I have a 4 male Bloodahoula (Bloodhound & Catahoula mix) pups left that will be ready for their new homes July 1st. A non refundable deposit will be required. First come first serve. BUT... PLEASE look up both breeds to understand that this type of dog is NOT meant for a small fenced in back yard in the city. These dogs love to run!! They also have a very high prey drive. I live on a 45 acre farm and my dogs run it all day long and usually still have energy later in the evening for fetch. The dad is a AKC registered bloodhound (110lbs). He is our tracking dog and the mom is a CKC registered Catahoula (65lbs). She is our cattle dog. Both parents are working dogs and are VERY intelligent. Both parents have been raised around our kids (4&9) as well as cattle, chickens, & a cat. The pups will be as well until they go to their forever homes. Pups will be wormed at 2, 4, 6, & 8 weeks. They will also have their first round of boosters at 6 weeks. These pups will make great hunting pups if trained. They will also make great family pets as well. Just know, THEY WILL HAVE A LOT OF ENERGY! If not given the correct amount of exercise you will end up with a pup/dog that chews everything up because they are bored.
