Demo and Removal of debris General labor Bathroom rebuild, tiling and all fixtures framing and drywall and many other things I will pay based on your required rate and based on your experience.. I will require you to accept a form 1099 for tax purposes for 2021. I will need your support on a part time basis for the duration of the summer, by "part time" I mean approximately 15-20 hours per week and I can be flexible. I can provide transportation if you are in the falls church area but prefer you have your on transportation and tools. I will not accept applicants from DC or MD, you must be local to the falls church/northern VA area.
