Fast growing company looking for a committed individual to join our team to support with lawncare & snow removal while earning a competitive wage. No experience needed. If you bring the work ethic, we will teach you everything! Requirements: • Hardworking and committed to seeing a job through completion. • Ability to work in a team environment and effectively direct personnel to effectively complete projects in a timely manner • Ability to use simple computer applications such as: Microsoft Excel & Word, Email through phone and computer, etc. • Reliable transportation. • Punctual & perfect attendance. • Must be able to be on your feet for 40+ hours per week & upwards of 10+ hours per day. • Must be able to lift 80+ pounds on a regular bases. • Available 7-days a week pending weather. • Able to pass a background check upon hire. • Valid drivers license & clean driving record. Other Ideal Skills: • Previous management experience. • Skid loader experience. • Plow truck experience. • Mowing & trimming experience. • Mechanical experience. • Landscaping experience. • Trailer towing experience.
