Need multi-skilled sub 2 day fix of a nearly completed bathroom remode

Basically a very nice lady and her husband hired their son (not a contractor) to preform a bathroom remodel. Yep you guessed it. It's not finished And the parts that are, Are very badly done. Very sloppy and unprofessional. My company agreed to contract (1) multi-skilled subcontractors (you) and possibly a helper if nesessary (your choice) to spend up to 2 days to do the following to finish and improve the look and quality of the previous guy's job: 1. Fix a small amount of paint (where the wall meets the ceiling mostly) paint bled through painters tape. Customer has paint and all materials for this project including tile. 2. Fix/lay a small amount of floor tile and a few pieces on the wall. 3. Grout the sheet tile inside the neich (was never done) 4. Caulk, silicone and grout various spots throughout the bathroom as needed 5. Clean off chunks of grout and other misc stuff from various bathroom spots 6. Clean all tile throughout the bathroom to remove haze left by improper procedures while grouting. (He also did the backsplash in the kitchen it needs to be cleaned up just the haze I said we could do that also) On the kitchen backsplash there's one piece of tile that needs to be repaired or replaced. 7. Install a small amount of bullnose probably 5 ft total 8. Install grab bars and towel racks (already marked) 9. A few other various things that I'm forgetting to mention throughout the bathroom nothing major I could do this job by myself in (1) to (1.5) full work days So you can choose to bring a helper or do it yourself and keep all the pay yourself Pay is $350 day rate for main subcontractor for (2) days $700 total If you choose to bring a helper and for example pay them $125 a day for 2 days then you would get $450 and they would get $250 If the 2 of y'all can complete it in one full work day (Must be gone by 6pm) Then you get $575 they get $125 If you can complete it in (1) day by yourself to the customers satisfaction and sign off you would receive $700 for (1) days work. Hope that makes sense Please have vehicle, basic tools, (tile saw would be great but we could provide if absolutely necessary) be presentable and friendly to customers. If customer is pleased with job and you finish within the allotted time frame then we would add you to our approved subcontractor list. We always have 5+ job sites going at any given time so you would practically be guaranteed steady work for you (and possibly your helper) for the rest of the year and beyond.
