Seeking adult dog in August

I will be looking for a medium sized, house trained, leash trained dog in August that is good with kids and other dogs. Will be living in a two bedroom apartment. The community has a dog park. I walk daily and spend quite a bit of time outdoors camping and hiking. I am looking for a dog about 3-5 years old who can become a good companion and is aware and sensitive to human needs.
