Handyperson and House Manager

We are seeking a self motivated, reliable handyperson and house manager for our personal and rental properties. Responsibilities would include hot tub cleaning, lightbulb repair, light plumbing (e.g. fixing faucets), painting, coordinating cleaning, yard work (e.g. lawn mowing, spring and fall cleanup etc.), Home Depot/Lowe’s runs and other common every day tasks. Must be able to field rental property questions from airbnb or VRBO. Properties are located in both Portland and Belgrade ME. Must be have a valid driver’s license and possess your own vehicle and be able to pass a background check. We would prefer a 1099 candidate, but would consider hiring someone full time for the right candidate. Pay based on experience.
