Dig and Haul Away Wood Chips and Dirt

I'm looking for someone who could dig out some wood chips and dirt in an area next to our driveway and garage. It was originally wood chips, but weeds continually grow and it's very difficult to stop them. I'm looking for someone to dig down 6" (below sidewalk/driveway level) and haul away the existing wood chips and dirt. The area between our garage and the neighbor's sidewalk is 5-1/2' wide x 36' long and the area between our driveway and the neighbor's driveway is about 8' wide x 21' long. The only thing you'd need to work around would be the roots of the 5 arbor vitae evergreens in that area. I will put landscape fabric down and fill it with river rocks at some point later, so all I'm looking for right now is to have someone dig it out and haul it all away within one particular day.
