Local Property Management firm of 45 years is hiring immediately for a full-time Roofer/Carpenter. All work will be performed on apartment communities in the Louisville area. Must be able to perform repairs to existing roofs, including but not limited to shingle, felt, plywood replacement, boot replacements, etc on ones own. Will be performing repairs inside vacant dwellings when weather does not permit roof repairs. Must have own tools and transport. This is an employed position, 40 hours weekly, Mon-Fri.
