I have projects that need to be done and they are listed below. Projects Needed Done: 1) I have laminate flooring and there is just one small area that is buckled. I know how to fix it but I don’t have the time or tools. It is probably a 2-4 hour job. 2) Hallway cabinets have been installed for over two years and they still need wood sealant and gloss. 3) I need paint touch ups around my house. 4) I need help reorganizing my garage and taking things to the dump. 5) A queen size bed needs to be assembled. 6) Kitchen cabinet drawer needs to be repaired. 7) Wooden fence needs to be repaired in our front yard and lock needs to be installed. 8) Solar caps need to be placed on our vinyl fence in backyard. 9) Curtain rods need to be placed throughout my house (five windows). One, some or all of can be chosen on the list to do. I prefer to pay per project versus hourly rate. Pay is only paid out once the job is completed. Each job on the list is one hour to five hours or less to be completed. Once job is done, I will pay you in cash, Venmo or Zelle. Everyone must be professional, no smoking, drugs or alcohol on the job. References is a must and pictures of previous work. Work can start as soon as today June 6 or we schedule for you to come out. Must live local to Vista or North County. I don’t pay for travel.
