PLEASE READ the whole post..and YES its meant to keep away the riff raff. We need someone to help : 1- paint 2- then install 6 doors inside our home. ( doors, and hardware and strike plates etc already bought. ) Paint already bought as well. This of course would mean its a two day project. This then of course means WE WILL NOT PAY YOU UNTIL THE JOB IS FINISHED., done, fini, final. NO cash upfront. NO cash for materials. None will be needed beyond what YOU bring to start and finish the job. IF something is needed, we will go to Home Depot together and I will purchase it and bring it back myself. We do NOT trust Craigslist with very very very good reason because the LAST handyman...( we use this term very very loosely ) stole, YES STOLE our old doors, and the new ones and never came back. We imagine to support their drug habit or because they were not born with a sense of dignity and fortitude to start and finish a job. Sorry but the truth hurts, but it doesn't change the fact its the truth. Soooo.... We will need your PROJECT rate to do this job. NOT A DAY RATE...we will only pay PER project. IF you can manage to start and finish the job we have no problem paying in cash immediately upon completion, again we will NOT pay until the job is done done done. Secondly IF you manage to show up, if you manage to do the job correctly, if you manage to be the type that doesn't steal anything then we will have LOTS of other projects IF actually working and making money and doing a good, honest job matters. Period Those are the terms and anyone who can do what's needed please apply and provide two references of previous jobs or reviews online about your work. This is for Weds and Thursday of this coming week. NO exceptions on the dates. They will not be allowed again ONLY for this coming Weds and Thursday. ( Of course the first day would be painting and measuring and making sure the next day goes smoothly. )
