Found Small -Very Long-Haired- Black Cat. She's young and very friendly -so she's not feral and is either someone's pet or she's been abandoned. If this is your pet, or your neighbors, please let me know asap. She's sick and I have her inside and safe, w/water & food. Area: Echo Park Ave / Fairbanks Pl (b/w Montana & Scott)
