Construction design company owner seeking hard-working, reliable multi-skilled construction worker(s) with experience or with a passion to now learn how to work on residential, and or commercial construction projects. You do not have to your own your own tools as I have all tools necessary, however, if you have your own tools, and transportation to and from job location, you will earn top pay of course. If you depend on public transportation to get to and from job location, I will work with you. $18.00 per hour is the base for no present skills, with the potential to earn more money per hour as you learn. If you have a combination of experience for any of the trades below, then the pay scale per hour obviously goes up for you, because of your previous experience. • Carpentry • Exterior, interior paint and stain application process • Drywall Repair and Install - walls or ceilings.
