Local company is looking to hire a part time cleaner, ASAP. Cleans are for an AirBnb in downtown Annapolis. Estimated time to complete is 60 minutes and the cleaning will always have to take place sometime between 11AM - 3PM. Pay starts at $50 per clean with potential to increase in the future with a good partnership. Unit is a very small apartment, less than 600 square feet. ALL CLEANING SUPPLIES PROVIDED Will guarantee pay for at least 5 cleanings per month ($250) even if 5 cleans are not required. Tasks will involve cleaning of the apartment, vacuuming, and resetting the apartment for the next guests. Additional tasks include making the bed, placing out wine and glasses, resetting the bathroom, and various other simple tasks. Estimated time to complete is about 60 minutes.
