why u can't find singers

Ive seen many ads from players and bands looking for singers. So to help you get a clue why nobody is responding to your add i will try to help you. If you hire a vocalist, HE or SHE gets to pick the songs that they want to sing and in the genre you are working. You don’t get to designate what songs they sing, they might be able to sing a couple you like, and agree to do so, but its not on YOU, a Musician who doesn’t sing to demand a singer sing your favorite songs. So let me re-cap, If you don’t sing, and you manage to find someone who does, THEY tell you what they want to sing, not the other way around. That’s why most bands name the band after the vocalist.
