Plumber Needed to Complete rough to finish for 4 apartment

Looking for an experienced Plumber to complete work from rough to finish in 4 apartments. vanities, toilets, showers, kitchen, and possibly tubs. Need to double check all plumbing in the basement to make sure everything is working correctly. I am looking for someone who will give quality work and quality quote. Permit might need to be pulled as well which will be up to you to get that done. This job needs to be done as soon as possible. The apartments are vacant and easy to access.
