Caulking vinyl siding

38 shutters were removed from a two family. Siding is vinyl shaker shingle style. We would like someone with experience working with vinyl and caulking to fill in 6 small holes per removed shutter. Also, paint with Rustoleum two metal exterior exhaust hoods, one on each floor. Must have a tall ladder and caulk gun. All other materials will be supplied including GE 100% acrylic caulking matching siding color, paint, brush, sanding material for hoods and anything else needed.
