Rehoming 1 year old cat

Currently trying to rehome our 1 year old cat Lucy. I raised her since she was 2 weeks old. She’s a friendly cat that gets along with cats and dogs. We’ve never heard her hiss since we’ve had her. We currently have an infant and she seems to be jealous of her, she pees on her stuff. She’s a great cat but too jealous of the baby. Just asking for a small $25 rehoming fee. She’s up to date on her shots but isn’t fixed yet.
