Handicapped Person having MA DDS problem

I am the parent of a handicapped person and I'm having problems with the Massachusetts Department of Developmental Services supplying the proper services. Are you in the same situation? Do you know of anyone in the same situation? If so, We should talk! Governor Baker's Office doesn't seem to care!
